Guaranteed rent, sometimes also referred to as ‘rent to rent’ – is an agreement between us (Namas Property) and a property landlord that provides the landlord with guaranteed rental income over the period of the agreement – usually 3 years. We will then sublet the property, hence the name ‘rent to rent’.

Yes, we will agree to pay the landlord a fixed monthly rent for at least 3 years even if the property is vacant.

Under our Guaranteed Rent arrangement Namas PropertyMGMT Ltd will be the landlord’s tenant under a company let tenancy agreement.

Yes, this is exactly what a guaranteed rental agreement is for, it removes the uncertainty of loss of rental income if you cannot find a tenant.

No, there are no fees payable to Namas Property from the landlord. Instead, Namas Property will pay the landlord an agreed monthly rental amount in full, with no hidden fees, every month for the full term of our agreement.

We provide a guaranteed rental income for a minimum term of 3 years. Arrangements can (and do) last much longer provided both parties are happy. We also allow for the contract terms to be reviewed after each 12 month period.
